The first step as an athlete training at SCSP is an online questionnaire. The process is completed with a comprehensive sports performance assessment with your initial visit. The assessment will include:
- Postural Assessment
- Functional Movement
- Power Outputs
- Nutritional Intakes
SCSP delivers on-field success though scientifically based training programs which assist the athlete in moving better, getting stronger, and more powerful specific to their sport. Performance training for the athlete are scheduled in a small group or a one-on-one session environment. Training session are approximately 1.5 hours in length.
Food is fuel for the athlete and what is put into your body directly affects performance. After the initial nutritional information of the athlete is reviewed, education and a plan will be provided to the athlete to address any deficiencies and assist in the development of the athlete.
Every athlete training at SCSP will have access via email or text message for any questions, assistance, or concerns he or she may have on training, exercises, nutrition, recovery, or scheduling.

Walking through our doors is different, this is simply not a gym to workout. This is a performance facility where you will become a better athlete. We provide athletes with answers on how to become faster, stronger, and a more intelligent athlete. Assessments are the first order of business to create a baseline, identify strengths, weaknesses, and where improvements can be made.
Programs are designed and implemented after an initial assessment that are based on the individual needs of the athlete and demands of their sport. Physical weaknesses are addressed, strength and power developed, mobility and flexibility improved, and functional movement enhanced.

Our Sports Performance Programs are individually designed specifically for the athlete and adjusted in accordance to their competitive season to provide the greatest opportunity for success.
SCSP offers a multitude of training options to accommodate all level of athletes and their schedules. In-season, off-season, out of state weeklong, and remote training programs are all available. Programs for the high school, collegiate, and professional athlete are space limited for optimal training. New athletes are accepted on interview basis only.
