Programs are designed in phases to account for the pitcher’s off-season, pre-season, spring training, and in-season throwing volumes and workloads. Utilize the same exercises, workouts, and training methodologies of Major League level pitchers.
The AI feature of Sean’s app collects exercises data to analyze, create efficiency adjustments, and provide scientific based progressions. The interactive interface provides the end user to make program adjustments due to equipment variations, travel schedules, or throwing session.

The Pitcher’s Edge S&C App offers a monthly membership for $39.95. The monthly membership can be cancelled at anytime, you are not locked into a contract.
Each workout in the app takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and are typically scheduled for 3 times per week.
Sean’s app has a “swap’ feature allowing you to change exercises in the workouts if your equipment differs from what is prescribed. This feature allows you to stay flexible with the facilities available to you.
The programs are designed in four-week phases and are updated every four weeks in your app and structured to present an off-season, pre-season, and in-season training schedule.
After completing sign up to the Pitcher’s Edge S&C app, an email will be sent from Sean’s team with instructions on how to download the app and set up a membership. Once the app is downloaded, you set up your username and password, allowing access to your programs.
