  • ASSESSMENT

    The first step in training with Sean Cochran is a series of science based assessments. This process will begin with an online questionnaire followed by a comprehensive movement, power, and mechanical analysis assessment with Sean during your visit. The assessments will provide a blue print by which Sean develops a science based individualized training program to address your strengths and weaknesses. Allowing for the acceleration of your improvement to the next level.

  • PERFORMANCE PROGRAMMING

    Sean delivers success though scientifically based training programs assisting the individual in injury prevention, correcting physical dysfunctions, getting stronger, and more powerful to their individual or sporting needs. The driver of the programming is a comprehensive training template of mobility/flexibility training, corrective exercise, power development, functional strength training, and metabolic training in accordance to the individual's needs and requirements.

  • RECOVERY AND REGENERATION

    Performance training is only one facet of training with Sean. Physiological recovery and regeneration are key components of long term success. This process is comprised of proper nutrition, rest, and the implementation of recovery strategies. This comprehensive approach separates your experience and enhances your development. Sean will provide directives and recommendations on the appropriate suite of recovery strategies to assist you.

Data Collection and Assessments are the first order of business to create a baseline, identify strengths, weaknesses, and where improvements are to be made.

 

Once the assessment process is completed, a science based performance or corrective exercise program is designed to address your individual needs.

 

This program will be comprised of both the macro-level and micro-level components required for your development.

Programs are designed and implemented after an initial assessment and are based on individual needs.

Physical weaknesses are addressed, physiological dysfunctions corrected, strength and power developed, mobility and flexibility improved, and functional movement enhanced.

 

All of which are geared towards injury prevention and physical enhancement.

 

Each client will work and train with Sean Cochran so personalized attention can be provided in the areas of instruction, education, and motivation.

 

Sean’s Performance & Corrective Exercise Programs are structured to assist each individual in their goals to achieve a higher level of success using a data driven and science based approach for optimal results.

TRAINING OPTIONS

SHORT TERM VISIT

 

A short term visit starts with an assessment process beginning with an in-depth sport, training experience, injury history, and goal setting session. Once completed, a fully integrated movement, strength, and power assessment occurs. After all data is collected Sean will review the findings and present suggested programming.

 

The second phase of the visit commences with an individualized one-on-one training session with Sean where detailed instruction on every exercise occurs. After completion of the initial training session Sean will review the planned programming moving forward and introduce to you the training app where all programming is stored.

 

Once your short term visit is completed, you will have access to Sean’s training app to continue your training remotely. The suggested short term visit is 2-4 days in length.

 

REMOTE TRAINING

 

An in-person short term visit is the ideal process to commence remote training with Sean, though it is not always a viable option nor absolutely necessary. Sean has built out his systems and communication channels to serve athletes and individuals around the globe.

 

These clients range from Cy Young Award winners, major golf champions, collegiate athletes, to weekend warriors. Sean through remote training works with high level professional athletes to those looking to knock a few strokes off their golfing handicap.
