This is your first step as a client of SCSP. The assessment will begin with an online questionnaire and complete with a comprehensive assessment in person with Sean and his staff. The assessment will include a functional movement screen, postural assessment, body composition, strength and power outputs, and nutritional intakes. After completion of the initial assessment session, Sean will review the information with you and develop a plan to meet your goals.

Sean will bring his 20 plus years of experience to assist in the design, implementation, and execution of the correct training program for you to meet your goals. A plan encompassing the right exercises, right nutritional plan, and supplements to make you a better you.
Recovery and regeneration are key elements to the overall success. Recovery and regeneration focus on what you do outside of your training sessions. The information provided in your assessment and nutritional intake information will be reviewed. Suggested adjustments in your individualize nutrition plan and recovery strategies will be discussed. This can include a suggested meal plan, monitoring of intakes if desired, and the implementation of additional recovery strategies.
Optimal health, wellness, and success requires a comprehensive approach. This approach includes a supplement plan to address deficiencies, boost immune capabilities, increase energy, and improve recovery. Sean in conjunction with potential adjustments in nutritional intakes will provide suggested supplementation for improved recovery, mental acuity, strength development, and daily wellness.

The cost of the initial assessment package is $195.00 (K-Vest Biomechanical Motion Analysis an additional $175.00). Training sessions can be purchased after the initial assessment for $175.00.
