Individualized Digital Training Experience

Your personalized program is delivered through an interactive training app designed for ease of use and high-level execution. Each exercise features avatar-based video instruction to ensure proper technique and movement understanding.
 

 

Programming is structured in 4-week progressive blocks and adjusted based on your performance, goals, and schedule. Communication is provided via email or secure in-app messaging, depending on your selected service tier — ensuring the right level of support for your individual needs.

How It All Works:

STEP ONE

Start with completion of Sean’s Questionnaire allowing him the information required to design a program just for you.

STEP TWO

Elite Coaching and Executive Plan clients will arrange a 30-minute virtual call with Sean to review your questionnaire, the training app, and pertinent information for your training program.

STEP THREE

Sean will create and upload your individualized training program into his intuitive app where you will have all the information at your fingertips to begin excelling. 

STEP FOUR

Every four weeks Sean will create and upload a new training program to keep you progressing and achieving your goals.

 

Prior to the development of your new program, Elite Coaching and Executive Plan clients will arrange a 30-minute virtual call with Sean to review current results and provide updated information to assist Sean with the development of your next training program.
