How Much Time Does Each Individual Workout Take to Complete?

Each workout in the app takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and are typically scheduled for 3 times per week.

What if I Don’t Have the Right Equipment?

Sean’s app has a “swap’ feature allowing you to change exercises in the workouts if your equipment differs from what is prescribed. This feature allows you to stay flexible with the facilities available to you.

How Often Do the Workouts Change?

The programs are designed in four-week phases and are updated every four weeks in your app and structured to present an off-season, pre-season, and in-season training schedule.

How Do I Access the App and Training Programs?

After completing sign up to the  Pitcher’s Edge S&C app, an email will be sent from Sean’s team with instructions on how to download the app and set up a membership. Once the app is downloaded, you set up your username and password, allowing access to your programs.

Do I Have Direct Access to Contact Sean?
