    This is your first step as a client of SCSP. The assessment will begin with an online questionnaire and complete with a comprehensive assessment in person with Sean and his staff. The assessment will include:
    - Functional Movement
    - Postural Assessment
    - Body Composition
    - Cardiovascular Capacity
    - DNS Movement Assessment
    - Nutrition Intake

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    Sean is a global leader in coaching professional athletes, training Fortune 500 CEOs, professional physique competitors, television personalities, and the high school to collegiate level athlete. Sean and his staff bring over 20 years of experience to assist in the design, implementation, and execution of the correct training program for you to meet your goals. A plan encompassing the right exercises, right nutritional plan, and supplements to make you a better you.

  • NUTRITION AND RECOVERY

    You are only as good as the fuel you put into your body. That fuel being the food and supplements you consume. The information provided in your assessment will be reviewed by our in-house nutritionist. Once reviewed, an individualized nutrition plan will be provided to you. This will include a suggested meal plan and a nutrition log accessible remotely on any device you choose.

  • SUPPLEMENT PLAN

    Optimal health, wellness, and success requires a comprehensive approach. This approach includes a supplement plan to address deficiencies, boost immune capabilities, increase energy, and improve recovery.

  • TEXT & EMAIL SUPPORT

    You will have access to Sean and his staff via our email support program. Email Sean and his staff directly with any questions you may have about your training, exercises, meal plans, or supplements. We will reply directly to you.

This means you will get better results, more quickly, making you a better you. The personal training program begins with an initial assessment package. This package includes a comprehensive evaluation, design of your training program, 2 training sessions with Sean, access to SCSP’s online training portal, development of your nutritional program, and supplement plan. This is your opportunity to train with one of the best coaches on the globe and achieve your goals under the direction of Sean Cochran and his staff. The cost of the initial package is $495.00. Additional training sessions can be purchased in packs of 5 or 10.
