Training is available at the Southern California facility in La Quinta, remotely through individualized online coaching, or through on-location services delivered directly to the athlete when appropriate.

Through data collection, biomechanical screening, and physical evaluation, areas of strength, weakness, and dysfunction are identified. Based on the assessment, Sean Cochran develops a fully individualized performance or corrective exercise program. Each plan includes both macro-level strategies (long-term development) and micro-level progressions (day-to-day execution) tailored to the athlete’s unique needs. Programs may include strength and power development, movement optimization, mobility work, and corrective strategies as needed.

Short-Term Performance Training Experience

 

For athletes seeking in-person assessment and direct instruction, the short-term visit provides a complete on-boarding and training experience.

 

  • Begins with a full intake session: sports background, injury history, performance goals

 

  • Followed by a comprehensive strength, power, and movement assessment

 

  • Includes one-on-one training with Sean for exercise instruction, coaching, and education

 

  • Concludes with customized programming uploaded to Sean’s training app for continued remote training

 

This 2–4 day format is ideal for athletes looking to initiate a long-term remote coaching relationship or receive high-level, individualized feedback.

 

Remote Coaching for Serious Athletes

 

If you’re unable to train in person, this option provides the same level of structure, precision, and performance focus — delivered wherever you are.
