Based on the assessment, Sean Cochran develops a fully individualized performance or corrective exercise program. Each plan includes both macro-level strategies (long-term development) and micro-level progressions (day-to-day execution) tailored to the athlete’s unique needs. Programs may include strength and power development, movement optimization, mobility work, and corrective strategies as needed.
