The Hitter’s Edge S&C App offers a 12-week workout program for $795.00. You can cancel your subscription within the first 7-days for a full refund.
Each workout in the app takes approximately 60 minutes to complete and are typically scheduled for 3 times per week.
Sean’s app has a “swap’ feature allowing you to change exercises in the workouts if your equipment differs from what is prescribed. This feature allows you to stay flexible with the facilities available to you.
The programs are designed in four-week phases and are updated every four weeks in your app and structured to present an off-season, pre-season, and in-season training schedule.
After completing sign up to the Hitter’s Edge S&C app, an email will be sent from Sean’s team with instructions on how to download the app and set up a membership. Once the app is downloaded, you set up your username and password, allowing access to your programs.
